Tickets

How will I receive my ticket?

Once you have finalised and paid for your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an attachment containing your booking summary and booking number. You can either print this document or have it ready on your smartphone to present when you get in the minibus.

I didn't receive any email confirmation.

If you do not receive the confirmation message from Thirsty Villager Beer Tours within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
If you find our emails in your Spam, Junk, or Bulk folders, you can mark them as "safe" or "not spam" emails to prevent the email from going to these folders in the future. If you can’t find the email from us anyway, please contact us at mail@thirstyvillager.com or call on +420 737 859 659.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

No. So, if you have booked a place, you can be sure your trip will go ahead.

What if I have missed the booking deadline for tomorrow’s tour?

If you find yourself in a situation where you want to join a tour but have missed the deadline, please call us and we will find a solution.

Do you provide gift vouchers?

Yes. Just make a booking using your own email address and leave us a note to say the ticket is a gift. Once we have received your payment, you will receive an automated email to confirm your booking. We will then create a gift voucher and send it to your email address. This may take up to 24 hours.

Payment

Can I pay by credit/debit card?

Yes, you can. We accept all major cards including Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro. You can see a list of payment options in the footer of this page.

Are payments secure?

Yes, they are. We care about your online security. SSL Certificates and the secure Gopay gateway ensure that your payments are safe.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Travel plans sometimes change, but "don’t worry" with our cancellation policy.. Standard tours cancelled 24 hours before the tour begins are fully refunded! For full information regarding cancellations, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Is the weather a concern?

You will have a roof over your head for most of the day, so you don’t have to worry about weather conditions. It might be an idea to bring some sun cream if you are joining us on a hot summer day.

Can I bring my children with me?

The beer tour is only for people over 18 years old. If you are happy to leave your kids with a babysitter, we can recommend websites with verified babysitters (www.hlidacky.cz) or a professional agency (www.youngberry.cz). If you have older children, contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

The tour date I want is not available yet?

If you want to book future dates that are not yet shown on our booking system, send us a message and we’ll let you know as soon as they become available.

Can I drink wine or non-alcoholic drinks instead of beer?

We understand that not all members of a group will want to drink beer and this shouldn’t put you off joining us for the day. You can still enjoy traditional Czech food, Karlštejn castle and the beautiful Czech countryside. Just leave a note of your preferred beverage in the note section when you book the tour, and we’ll arrange it for you.

Can I smoke in microbreweries?

All Czech restaurants and pubs are non-smoking. However, you are welcome to use the smoking areas outside.

Can I have a vegetarian meal?

Yes, if you would like a vegetarian meal, just mention it in the notes section when you book the tour and we’ll arrange it for you.
